Every once in a while I come across a company, product, or service that is simply remarkable. Recently, I had such an experience that covered all three areas; a company that not only stands behind its products, but offers amazing customer service.

This had actually happened once before, when a knife we owned broke at the tip; and we were met with the same level of service.

A very small percentage of companies stand behind their product this way without wasting the customer’s time, or putting them through the ringer.
